avoid! highly unprofessional and poor customer service!. I have worked for this company at one point and tanned off and on for 2 years (at times it was the only tanning salon within a 10 min drive...) From the owners to the salons it is just a poor place to visit. Their prices are fair, which is why so many of my friends tan there, however, they make up for that with their complicated and expensive 'upgrade' program (which is almost necessary b/c most of their 'vip' beds are 30min beds!

Everything is much more complicated than it needs to be, I went to cancel my membership on the 13th of the month, they told me the last day to cancel was the 10th. Fair enough, I said, just cancel me for next month (they bill on the 16th) and I will tan through next 15th. The employee said that if he cancelled it would be effective immeadiately (NOT MENTIONED IN MY CONTRACT) and that basically I would be paying for a month I was not allowed to use (I had already paid through the 15th of this month and would be charged on the 16th for my next month). So I had to come in 'later' to cancel... but no specific date was given, I guess you have to actually go in on the 10th to cancel.

I am a recently graduated law student and as that cancellation policy is NOT in my contract I am looking into if that is even legal, but regardless I would HIGHLY advise anyone to stay away! Use planet beach or some other company.
