Never disappointed. I have been seeing Pascal for about ten years and have never been disappointed. He doesn't get stuck doing the same cut over and over (unless you want that) and his cuts grow out beautifully. I am never surprised when someone asks me where I get me hair done or who I go to. Pascal also does highlights without foil which really cuts down on time. I cannot imagine anyone being upset over Pascal's work.

best haircut anywhere on earth.....and i am a stylist myself!!!. Pascal was the sole influence for me to become a hairstylist, he has the most talent of any hairstylist i have ever met.I spent 2 years after cosmetology school working under his direction and because i found his skills to be much more advanced and progressive than anyone i had seen . Even after i began my career i let a few others cut my hair at the salons in which i worked and i always had to run back from clear lake, to houston to get it fixed and or a recut, i trust nobody else in the world to cut my hair but him , i get stopped wherever i go and people ask me if i am a hairdresser because my hair looks so good ,its not because i am good w hair ,but because if u have a good cut it just shows ...i highly recommend u call Cite' and make an appointment w Pascal asap....u will have a fun and well satisfied experience...Tommy

Request Pascal, the most innovative. I have been visiting Pascal for more than ten years and have never been dissapointed, instead he surprises me every time with a new look! He is the most innovative stylist I have encountered. When I lived in Los Angeles - glamour's capital - I would fly back home to see him; I didn't trust anyone else with my locks. That's how good he is! I do recommend that you make your appointments ahead of time as he books very fast. But believe me the wait is worth your time, once you're in his chair, it's a fun experience!

Best gift from France since the Statue of Liberty. Pascal is, hands down, the best hairdresser. When someone you do not know walks across the bank lobby with a pencil and piece of paper to find out who did your highlights, it confirms what you already knew about your hairdresser: he is beyond excellent. The cut is equally impressive.

Ask for Pascal!. I have lived in Houston for ten years and couldn't find a hair stylist that I liked. I am getting married in June so it was very important for me to find a good stylist. A friend recommended Pascal and I have been going to him ever since! I especially love his artistic ability when he does my highlights! (no foil which was new to me)

Pascal is the best.. I have been getting my color and haircut by Pascal at Cite for years now. He is one of the greatest in this country ( and I have traveled a lot ). He also is very attentive and very much on time. He also is very honest and won't push product sales. A ++

Best hair stylists!. Susan (owner) is the best! A lot of fantastic stylists at this place, but no one cuts and colors like Susan! Their prices are average, and the stylists are outstanding.... Susan makes my hair B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! I lover her cuts and colors and she works magic with a blowdryer!

Best chic wave w/ straighter. Joel Holland gave me a great wave using a rounded edge straighter. The wave lasted all night, looked great and he came to my house and did it in 20 minutes. Will definetly use him again...he's great.
