bad customer service and are lazy at the fountain view lodge II aprtments.
We had moved in in October 2008 , gave them a list of repairs and today is 11/24/2008 they have yet to to complete our 2 page repair. We had a pipe leak and it took them 2 weeks to complete repair . They stated it was the weather (raining ) that was causing the leak so after the rain left still leaked! Do not know how they operate their apartments but they do not comply to your needs nor do they demonstrate a sense of urgency. Spoke to their supervisor in regards to the leak and repairs-guess he was mad so he hung on us-of course we called back but no resolution on repairs just fixed the leak. I do not recommend these apartments-we thought they were good considering our first apartment-boy we were wrong. Appearance is deceiving.
