EXCELLENT MONOGRAMER

YOLANDA FROM "CHILDREN'S COLLECTIONS" 5219 BELLAIRE BLVD. SOLD ME DIAPER COVERS AND I NEEDED 4 MORE AND SENT ME HERE AS SHE HAS KNOWN THE OWNER 20 YEARS. HE HAD WHAT I NEEDED PLUS HAD WONDERFUL DESIGNS FOR MONOGRAMMING. A GREAT SELECTION OF GIFT ITEMS FOR MY STAFF AT WORK, I DROVE FROM BELLAIRE BUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS WORTH THE DRIVE. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY.

Great gift selections

I wanted something unique for a baptimal and Yolanda from Second Childhood on Fountainview sent me to meet her friend at this shop and he had the best gift items for my needs. A unique shop and he monagramed the gift and had it wrapped for me!! I was thrilled!!!!

This place gets orders wrong and has terrible service

I took in 10 shirts to have monogrammed. It was very difficult to get waited on as they seem to have new staff that are not well trained. Finally the store owner helped me himself. For two of the shirts which were plaid, he recommended a certain kind of monogram and told me it would look great.

Well, when I came to pick the orders up, they were not ready.

When I came back to pick them up the 2nd time, the monogram that he had recommended for the 2 plaid shirts looked so askew that it looked like completely different letters. So, I asked them to redo them. He told me it would take 2 weeks given the pick-up dates for his monogrammer.

I paid for the other 8 shirts, got 20 minutes down the road and discovered that I was overcharged by 20% - even though the price I should have been charged (using the 20% Holiday Shopping Card) was clearly written on the invoice.

When I finally got the last 2 shirts back, it had been a total of 4 weeks to get those things monogrammed. That is just plain unacceptable - as well as the shoddy service. I will never go back to Monogram Makers.
