Never Again. I dropped off a necklace that needed the chain fixed-a very simple job that another jewler had finished for me in 2 days-at half the cost.

Not only did I recieve lewd comments upon entering -"Wow-where did you get those dangerous curves?" . The idiot I am I laughed it off, explained I am a personal trainer & really just wanted to get my necklace fixed.

Almost 2 weeks went by before it was ready. The owner blamed it on the "storm" we had during the week. It was one hour of rain.

I blame myself for leaving the necklace after I was creeped out by him but as a warning to others-don't go to this establishment. I should have gone to Village Gifts/Jewelry down the street but I was in a hurry-they were closed on Mondays :(

Excellent Service!. Box and Box is the only place I go to have things repaired or for a special, one of a kind piece of jewelry. Tony, the owner, is super knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a custom ring created by Tony and it came out perfect!
