The food is decent, but the service is mediocre at best. They rush you through an order, speak fast and barely go over what you've ordered. The order we had was a little wrong, but what's worse is that the price they quoted for total was less then what we were billed. They also don't give you an itemized receipt for anyone who needs to expense it. I would not order from them again. There are too many options in this area to settle for average food and poor service.

Best Chinese delivery in Houston. Extremely fast and extremely good. Before we found this place, we randomly ordered Chinese from various local restaurant to always be disappointed. We have tried various dishes from this place and they have all been wonderful. The delivery times are great too, never more than 30 minutes, usually less than 20 minutes.

Great Delivery!!. I've continuously ordered from this place after getting a menu on my door. The food is good, fresh tasting, and not greasy. Delivery is fast and curteous. I'm glad I found this place but will be sad to be out of range once I move later this year!

best Chinese so far. crisp fresh veg, succulent meats, thick rich sauces, everytime! We're big take out eaters, and have tried all in our area and this is THE BEST.

Hello Fine Chinese Cuisine. We ordered delivery based off of a menu delivered to our door. They delivered quicker than expected with huge portions and the price was not too expensive. The food was delicious not to mention very fresh, not greasy and included large lean moist meats. When we realized they forgot crispy noodles (a small, but important staple with our Chinese food meals) the owner was at our doorstep within minutes of the first delivery. The service is amazing and the food is just as good. This is the only place we will order from!! Hello Fine Chinese Cuisine :)
