Not so Lucky... Generally I am not a fan of eating at buffets, especially when it comes to Chinese food. Then again, coming here wasn't even my idea to begin with.

To start, the service here is pretty good and staff are pretty friendly. Despite this, the restaurant is pretty noisy and chaotic. The customers really take away from the experience and are very disruptive. One of the most unnerving aspects about this is that people let their children run around this place like it's some sort of playground. It also isn't a good sign when you see customers fussing at the staff because they don't carry "Chicken McNuggets". The restaurant is also very dirty and there are flies all over the buffet area and tables.

The food here is also awful, some of the absolute worst Chinese(if you could even call it Chinese!) I have ever had. The food here is clearly not fresh and far from well prepared, and bound to make you sick or throw up afterwords. The sushi is also dry, sticky, and tastes so horrible that it's almost impossible to swallow. There are also a lot of un-Asian menu items here, including french fries, quesadillas, and pizza. Despite the wide selection, most items are below mediocre and nearly inedible. Also, anyone who follows a restrict diet such vegetarian, halal, or kosher will find their options here very limited.

Bottom line, this place is like a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We were so dissatisfied with our experience that we were glad to pay just to get out.

Great Buffet. When I want to pig out on Chinese food, this is where I go. I love the selection, especially the sushi, spring rolls, and seafood. Service has ALWAYS been friendly and prompt.

Very good buffet food!. I eat at alot of chinese buffets when traveling across the country. The food and service at the Lucky Village on Westheimer rates in my top 5. The flavors were distinct and not overly seasoned. The staff was attentive. Everyone in our group concurred that the whole experience was very good.

large restaurant, ample buffet. whenever i`m in the area, i stop in at lucky village for a relaxing lunch. the buffet has good food for a reasonable price. the service is good, also. I would probably rate it as one of the top 6 chinese restaurants i go to regularly.

Triple Lucky. Perfect for informal business dates or meetings, restaraunt features a party room. The atmosphere is busy but quiet. Has an unimaginable selection of foods to feast your eyes and satisfy your appetite. Good selection of foods for children as well. favorite dish is spicy chicken with vegetables. Not too spicy without making it bland. I also reccommend the custard/ flan.Service is top standard and friendly, regarless of size of group. Expense is moderate.

Many choices of food. Well, nothing really special about this premise, except the reasonably price for each person. The service was great. The food has almost same flavor, and some food even taste like unwell-done. The only dish i liked was their kung pao chicken, everything else was below average. Their sushi were all rice and rice. Overall, if you only looking for food to fill up your stomach, this place is good. But if you looking for good chinese food, this premise probably is not for you
