Choices depend on the day but include chicken/vegetable lasagna, grilled tilapia, grilled salmon, grilled red-snapper, chicken or black-bean or spinach enchiladas, grilled buffalo or turkey burgers, grilled chicken kabobs, chicken breast stuffed with spinach or black-bean/corn salsa, steamed vegetables, grilled vegetables, mashed sweet potatoes or regular mashed potatoes, red beans, black beans, brown rice.

They also have an incredible sandwich selection and soup and sandwich for only $4.99 along with smoothies, breakfast tacos, oatmeal, fresh fruit, fresh muffins.
