After reading reviews on google and hearing recommendation from several forums, I decided to have my car tinted here. Called and negotiated price. Came in and out in about 2 hours for a ceramic tint. I was greeted well. The price was good. There was no haggling.

Updates 12/10/2012: after 1 week, I still saw tiny bubbles and glue residue. Came back to the Gessner location for a re-do and this time, it's even worse: horizontal line scratches and out of alignment tint. Don't know who did the 2nd fix but the first installer was Joseph. Stay away from him if you can! Contacted Brandon (i think he's the manager, he also takes care of emails and phone calls to the Hillcroft location). He suggested bring my car to Hillcroft location and let him re-do the tint. Let's see how it goes. I guess I was just unlucky getting a bad installer. If you experience the same situation, call/email Brandon. Will update this review once Brandon fix my tint.

Updates 12/11/2012: Brandon had my car re-done at Hillcroft location. It's way better now. This is what I expected from a reputable tint shop.

ATTENTION: You need to make sure / demand that your receipt SPECIFICALLY shows what type / brand / quality of tint you are getting to prevent complication with warranty later. Brandon particularly cares a lot about his customer's satisfaction and is willing to work out misunderstanding issues. Kudos to Brandon.

Overall, I would recommend Executive for your tinting needs but please do research before coming and be very detailed about what type of tint you are purchasing. The shops look decent. The staff are friendly and not pushy. The tint quality is very good (unless you unluckily got a bad installer like I did); in which case, talk to Brandon

ALARM SAVED MY CAR. Someone broke into my car about a month ago. Not a fun experience. They stole me wallet, my sunglasses, etc. I wanted to catch these guys so bad. I have a long time customer of Executive, but only had them tint my cars. Well, they installed a Viper alarm in my car 3 weeks ago, and I had them put a switch on my siren so it would not make any sound when the alarm was tripped. The thieves came back last night, and tried to break into my car again, but this time the Viper alarm notified me via my remote. I ran outside with my gun, and shot in the air. Those thieves ran like the rats they are. Thanks Executive for protecting my car. I don't write reviews, but I was so excited about catchings those thieves, I wrote one.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Thank you Executive for making my care look AWESOME. I dropped off my car and had them tint and black out my tail lights. What a great job they did. The tail lights look AWESOME!!! I did chose the Ceramic film, but who could argue when it is 110 degrees outside. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Thank you for always doing a perfect job every time. I will be back again and again.

Great Service, Great Store, Very Knowledgeable! A++. I've been a long time customer of Executive Tint, and I have never been disappointed! I've gotten everything from them including: tint, car alarms, radio units, and speakers in 3 different cars! They continue to offer great service and will work with you to get what you want and need. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and the installers provide quality work.

In Houston the heat is unbearable, so I decided to get my car tinted at Executive Tint. They helped me choose the tint I wanted by explaining each and every tint. I ended up choosing a high end tint called WINCOS, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! Not only that, the warranty is great! I scratched some of the tint off by accident, and Executive Tint replaced the whole window free of charge!

I purchased a 2 way pager car alarm. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on which alarm was right for me. The alarm was installed professionally, and I couldn't be any more happy!

I recently purchased an in-dash Pioneer DVD Player from Executive Tint and it was one of the best priced units around town! It was installed in a very reasonable time and sounded and looked great!

Awesome Place. I just moved here from California, and the weather here is terrible. It's SO FREAKY HOT. I found Executive Tint on the web, and they were in the area, so I gave them a shot. My first impression was WOW. The staff was super friendly. They came out to greet my my car, and explained all the different types of films that were available. I did choose the Ceramic film, since I needed the film to be clear and stop the heat. I may be going back to CA, and they do not allow any tint on the front windows. This film is AMAZING!!! My arm and left side of my face are not burning from the sun's rays. I gave them 4 stars because it did take a little longer than an hour, but I understand when there were about 50 customers in their store. Great energy from the entire staff, especially Brandon. I think he runs the store. Great place and i will be referring all my coworkers. Thanks again

Worst Service Ever!. I've been a long time advocate of this place. I've taken 4 of my cars to get tint here and have gotten 2 alarms installed, and have refereed countless people. This last visit has been the worst service I've ever received ever, anywhere. Before arriving i call to make an appointment at 1pm, however i arrived at 12:30pm. I figured worst case I'd be out by 2, my car wasn't touched till 215, then it was moved else where to sit. It took 2+ hours to tint three small windows on a sports car. The worst is the front desk staff begin to talk about me openly, about how i was rushing them. Not to mention they kept trying to pushed $300 tint on me when i have three of the smallest windows I've ever had in a car. If you want to deal with that good luck.

Friendly Staff. I was referred to Executive from the Porsche dealership. This is a first class establishment. Brandon (I think he is the manager) was very knowledgeable. They installed a clear bra and window tint on my Porsche, but I will be back for the radar detector. Brandon even showed me their tint cutting machine. Quite impressive!!! Definitely referring all my friends.

cool tint really cool. Needed have a car tinted and never really worried about it , but a friend told about executive tint on Hillcroft , i thought all tint was the same little did i know there are so many options now i see why my buddy told about this place these guys really know there stuff. I went with a middle grade film and wow . Now i have the task of doing my wife and daughters cars they liked mine so much now i know why executive has been around so many years. THANK YOU EXECUTIVE YOU GUYS ROCK

Best place in Houston!!!. I took my car to get the windows tinted and an alarm. Immediately when i walked in i was greeted and helped. The customer service was amazing! Reasonable price along with quality service and products. I highly recommend Executive Tint ! I'm very pleased.

Customer Service is their priority!. I've been coming here for my tint and alarms on all my cars for years and the service is unsurpassed! Brandon, Kovid and the rest of the crew take good care of me and all their customers. They have quality products and clean installs, they also back their work with lifetime warrentiees!
