Total Satisfaction. My wife to be ordered a limousine thru this company, the day arrived and she was incredibly happy. She and her bridal party arrived at the ceremony relaxed and radiant. We were then taken to the reception site and to the hotel. The driver, Ben was gracious and kind. This was an excellent experience.
Great Evening. New Years Eve was stress free this year, my friends and I didn't have to worry about anything from start to finish, we had a really great driver, Eddie G and a beautiful car to take us where ever we wanted. Thanks for everything.

Extremely Dishonest!!!!. Our limousine did not show up at the church to pick up my husband and I after we got married. I called and the lady I spoke to was very rude and said that I called the day before and cancelled without giving a reason and that the girl who called just gave a first name not a last. Then the lady said she called my cell number, which wasn't my cell number, and confirmed the cancellation. And after arguing for several minutes she said it would be 20 mins total for a new limo to arrive. I called 15mins later and she said it'd be another 20-25 mins. It doesnt even take 15 mins to get to the church! I said forget it and have him come to the reception place at 1:25. He arrived extremely early in the wrong color limo and did not give us the red carpet promised in the contract. The lady said she would make a note about a partial refund but no one has bothered to contact me since. We did not get a service we paid for and they did not confirm a cancellation with me. The story sounded made up cause they ran out of cars and we were an hour late to a 2 1/2 hr reception. I called the number they said they called and there was no Shannon at that number. So they lied. End of Story. Even when i went in to the business they continued to argue with me and made me out to be the villain. Horrible service and no customer service!!! They are on the better business bureau so file your complaint with them also!
Best service ever!. This was the first year I had ever decided to do something special for my birthday, I called Royal Carriages never expecting to be able to afford a limousine, however the first person I spoke to was a woman named Linda, she was incredibly helpful and gave me a great deal. Not only was I able to afford a beautiful stretch limousine she gave me one hour free, when the car arrived it had balloons inside and a happy birthday sign on the outside. The driver Jay-Z was incredible and funny. My friends and I had a really great time . Royal Carriages you rock!
Taking your likfe in your very cramped hands!. I reserved a limo for 12 people, when I got the paperwork it only said limo for 10. I let it slide since I only had 10 RSVP, but when the day came I had one come that didn't RSVP. One of us sat up front with the driver which wasn't a big deal except WE COULDN'T FIT 10 PEOPLE IN THE 10 PERSON LIMO. I had 2 people sitting on laps and one on the floor! We blew it off and just tried to have a good time. Then the DRIVER GOT LOST, with a GPS up front with him. To correct this he stopped in the middle of the road in traffic and pulled out into oncoming traffic. The rest of the ride was him going so fast at start ups that he literally threw some girls off the seats in the back. When I called to make these complaints, they said that they wouldn't take my word for it they would speak to the driver and get back to me. When they called back they said they "wouldn't discuss it with me", and I needed to call back on monday (this was sat) if I wanted to discuss further. I called on mon and was told the person to handle complaint wasn't in until 12n and would call back. I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AT 4:30PM when I still hadn't recieved a call just to be told they would AGAIN call me back. They still dind't call me until the next day, stating that the only person who could speak to me was out of the office. When I finally relayed the complaints, he says he believes his driver over me. He would take a 1/2 hr off, even though he was charging me an additional 1/2 hr anyway for time I didn't use. He again hung up and said he would call me back. NOTHING RESOLVED! The only positive thing I have to say is the inside of limo was very nice, and the driver was curteous.

I cannot wait until my next special occasion so I can again have a wonderful experience out on the town!

Royal Carriages Limousine in Houston TX. I just want to take a moment of my time to thank you again, for the excellent service. I have lived and worked in Houston for over 10 years and always use your services and I always find your company extremely reliable. Last month, I was getting married and my wife and I wanted everything to go smooth, taking care of the transportation gave us a piece of mind. Everyone was very happy and impressed with the limousines (They especially loved the flat panel TVs). All our guests were eager to know your company's name. The best part was your driver Francisco; he was very attentive and curious. Once again, THANK YOU and I want you to know that I recommend your service to everyone!
Poor service, left us in middle of trip!. We hired RCL for a trip to Reliant stadium for Monday Night Football. We were told we would have a new stretch limo. What showed up was an old Excursion driven by a guy who barely spoke english. This thing sounded like it would fall apart at every bump! No ice or anything in the limo that was promised. The driver got lost going to our destination. He did not seem very familiar with Houston, or this country for that matter. We asked him for a cell # to call when we were ready to be picked up, but that did no good. When we called just a message. Called back a few min. later, no answer. By now we were outside, cold and looking for our driver...not to be found! we called the Co. directly after 30 min. all they would tell us is that he is not answering his phone...Really???! Then he said we must be in the wrong place and should go find him then hung up on me! I went to wave down a cab and there at the stoplight is my limo!! I yelled across the street to pick us up at the corner...he just put his phone to his ear, looked me in the eye and drove away. Never saw him again! My guess is that he was sneaking in another short trip while he was supposed to be waiting on us. Be very careful if you use this Co., they are crooks!
