I arranged the transportation for a very important client, I want to thank the driver and let everyone know how great he was. Our company had to take extra good care of this client, so I asked for the drivers personal number to check on them. He was the nicest, politest driver ever. I must have called him five times because the flight was late and he was very nice and patient with me every time. The client even commented to me after she arrived how nice and professional he was in his dress and manners. He did a fine job.

Great Service. My friends and I went out for the evening and reserved a beautiful black stretch limousine. The car was immaculate and the driver knowledgeable and courteous. The entire evening was fabulous and stress free. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Thanks Royal Carriages for everything.

Disaster of a Limo Service! Look elsewhere!. I called Royal Carriage limo for a 40th birthday evening out with friends. I requested a limo for 10 adults. We had 5 couples in the car (with 5 grown men). We were stuffed and miserable in that limo. Not all of us could fit on the seats. The person who took my reservation said the limo is stocked with sodas (standard fare) and that it would be comfortable for 10 adults. Neither one of those were true. No sodas and a hot and miserable ride. After our first leg of the trip, I told the driver that we couldn't all fit on the seats..he said that it WAS a limo for 8-10 but if you wanted to be comfortable, I needed a bigger vehicle. NOW they tell me!! He suggested that maybe we should buckle our seatbelts so we wouldn't fall off the seats! Ha! I was really expecting the limo to be a good time for all of our friends to be able to talk and have a few drinks on our way to our venue. We were so uncomfortable, didn't have sodas or the room to mix our drinks. I was so ticked off and a bit embarrassed since I was responsible for making these arrangements. It definitely ruined our night. sad.

Fabulous!!!. Outstanding service!! My family and I were extremely please with the level of service we had. We used them for the superbowl, they brought limos up there, so we got one for the big game, lol. They were on time, and even though they were from here in Houston, they knew their way around, I was very impressed. As we got there, the driver gave us his umbrella, we were shocked as it was very sunny outside, I almost handed it back, but I decided to take it. I am soooo glad I did, it started pouring, and it got very cold! It was a ways to walk as they made the limos park a long ways away, but we called our driver to let him know were on our way and he had it nice and warm inside. We were sooo cold, frozen, and a teensy bit wet, so it felt very good to be treated like royalty, excuse the cliche, but that is their name, and they lived up to it that day!! I can't wait for the Final Four coming in March, will definitely be using only them!! Thank you to Royal Carriages and our driver - Ben, for great and dependable service!
