12 Days of Christmas at San Felipe Location. I love Whataburger for doing the 12 Days of Christmas, and everything on their menu is always good. This year, they asked customers to redeem their online coupon inside the restaurant...which gave me a chance to observe what goes on in the kitchen.

At this location, there were a bunch of young workers standing around while the managers worked the front cashier stations. They young workers were lazy and didn't even give customers eye contact. I felt sorry for the managers for hiring such horrible help. I felt sorry for the customers having to see workers who were not grateful for business or a job for a good company that offers such generous treats to their customers.

One of the managers touched my WhataChicken to wrap it after she had handled my money. I didn't want to say anything, because it was free and the wait was 10 minutes. I even called a few people and asked them if I should eat it. I didn't...what I did instead was email Corporate about my observations.
