I do not recommend this particular chair king because one the employees makes the whole business look bad. Being rude, negative, and impatient does not get my business. She should consider another job besides being able to help people.

The worst customer service. Don't buy anything from the Chair King unless you don't need it until months and months from now. I ordered a furniture set and was told it would arrive in a month. Since that time, my order has been pushed back 3 times with no notice to me. And - I have had to call them if I wanted to know where my furniture is. When I complained that the delivery is taking too long, the representatives I spoke to could not have cared less. The salesperson even offered to cancel my order for me rather than deal with the issue at all. I wrote to the head office to try to get some answers since I could not get any locally and they never even responded to my email. I ordered this furniture for the summer and here I am halfway through the summer with still no clue when my furniture will arrive. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy based on the poor customer service and runaround - no answers policy that I have received.
