If you do good work, they'll take care of you.. Of the agencies I signed up with, Donovan & Watkins has the most helpful and professional staff. I stopped by a few times to talk about a project or some issues I had and the doors were always open. My phone calls are actually returned and emails are replied to, which is a rarity in this industry. My recruiter, Kamile, is a pleasure to work with. Good or bad, she always tells me how it is. If there is no work for several days, that’s what I hear. If I’m told a project is coming up in a near future, it usually does.

Besides being one of the best, they also have one of the largest pools of clients, including some of the most prominent law firms in Houston. They also work with many of the largest energy related companies in Houston, and these guys get sued all the time, resulting in plenty of repeating work.

Obviously, no agency can spontaneously generate a constant supply of work. However, over the last several months I noticed that if you are professional, reliable, and produce quality work for their clients, they will continue giving you work. So don’t be a slacker and they’ll take care of you.

A Great Legal Staffing Agency. I've had an extremely positive experience working for Donovan & Watkins. I've worked under some fantastic project managers who have a great work ethic. They work hard and do an excellent job in order to keep the client happy. In addition, they care about keeping their employees happy. More than anything, I appreciate how the people in leadership positions have done their best to keep me employed consistently. I've been working on DW projects virtually non-stop for almost a year and a half.

Simply the best. Donovan & Watkins provides the most professional atmosphere of all the agencies in the document review business. The staff is courteous and diligent. You will have an opportunity to earn healthcare and the option to participate in their 401(K). All of these things create the opportunity to provide outstanding legal services to their clients and an enduring relationship with this agency.

Fantastic employment agency. I have worked on several document review projects and my experience with Donovan & Watkins has, by far, been the best. I have never worked for a company that does more to create a professional, yet relaxed, working environment than D&W. The office suites are clean and comfortable, recruiters and management team members have always been friendly and helpful and work hard to make each reviewer feel like he or she is a valued and important member of the team, and the office hours provide plenty of flexibility for people to reach their weekly requirements. Additionally, D&W does a lot of the “little things” that have made working here such a nice experience. Refreshments are frequently set out in the break rooms, dinner is provided on evenings when teams have to work late to make deadlines, birthdays are celebrated, and free CLEs are provided to help attorneys keep up to date on their requirements. All in all, it is a pleasure to come to work every day.

DW is great. DW is one of the best agencies in Houston, TX. Kamile and Kim are great recruiters, freindly, professional and responsive. They have nice facilities near the Galleria. They are flexible and will work with you. They have placed me on several gigs 6+ months long. Their rates are good. They treat you like an adult and a professional. I like them.

Donovan and Watkins. I have been with Donovan and Watkins as a contract attorney for over a year.It is a great company to work for and do business with. It took them less than a week after I registered and interviewed with them, to send me on my first assignment. I have been with them since then. My recruiter Kamile is the best in the business, she is sweet and generous with her time. She returnes calls, works hard to get you a placement and is simply a joy to interact with. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for work or wants to do business with them.

Reliable Recruiters with a Great Reputation. I've been using them for Accounting/HR positions for 6+ years...thanks to a wonderful recruiter they have there by the name of Elaine.

She is excellent at customer service and follow up. She takes the time to get to know her clients' office cultures and real staffing needs. She gets to know her candidates' future bosses and is an impressive matchmaker.

She also visits the clients with chocolate chip cookies, gifts, and rodeo bbq tickets. Elaine also makes me laugh and you can tell her friends enjoy her company too. It's a pleasure doing business with her and Donovan & Watkins, a Willis Company.
