THIEVES & CRIMINALS!. I was a member of the Champions location for about a year and the location was great, I liked going there and the local staff was nice and helpful. Then I canceled my membership...

They never stopped billing me. It’s been 5 months and at this point in addition to having them cancel my membership AGAIN I am having to change out credit card numbers. They will not refund what they have stolen because they "have no record" of my cancelation. How convenient. On top of that their corporate office people were downright rude and basicly told me that they "dont do refunds"

The Worst Service!. What was I thinking......I belonged to LTF several years ago and had a bad experience then. Because it was close to my new home (Town/Country) I decided to take a chance.....big mistake! I found that out the first week I joined.....and when I cancelled my membership it was nightmare to get my refund.

Best Trainers in Houston. Best Trainers in Houston

I am not sure about the other Lifetime's in Houston but I am truly happy about the trainers at Lifetime Fitness in Katy. I personally do not have the money to spend on these very highly trained trainers however not once have they pushed me away if I have asked questions. I find that they are all very friendly and they know my name which I have never experienced anywhere else. They also have this thing called Map testing there and it is the best test you could ever get to help determine what heart rate ranges to work out at. I would highly recommend getting it done with a trainer by the name of Mirna. She was very infomative and knowledgable and created a wonderful program for me to follow and I have seen a 6lb weight loss and and dropped about 81/2 inches total. I truly would recommend this gym to everyone

Best Personal trainers ever!. this address is wrong they have Willowbrook, Cinco Ranch and Sugarland and a new one @ Town & Country!!! Pamela Sampson @ the Willowbrook location is the best fitness instructor ever! i started taking her classes and already see a change in muscle tone!all of them are good but Pamela rocks your socks off!

Over rated - poor prodcut and even worse service. I have used all 3 locations in Houston and if the city centre is as bad as the Katy, SugLand or Willowbrook clubs I definitely wouldnt recommend it. LAFitness and 24 Hour have superior products and much, MUCH better staff.

For your money and your health....Life Time Fitness is the worst investment you could ever make

Address is wrong- No Lifetime on Richmond. Life Time Fitness has 3 Locations in Houston. They are Willowbrook, Cinco Ranch and Sugarland. The are no locations in the Gallaria area at this time. They are the premier fitness centers in the country, and are in over 10 states now. For a map of the 3 in Houston, please go to the website linked above.

I love this club. Iv been a member of alot of clubs in Houston from Bally's to the Q and 24 hours. I would deffinetly say Lifetime has the nicest facilities. They have an amazing set up for the kids and my children would actually have fun there so i wouldnt feel guilty the whole time working out. A wide range of class's all day and rock climbing! They have indoor and out door tube slides for the kids and lots more. So many things..just not enuf space to tell all! A must if you love to work out.
