Best Bikini Wax for the Price!. I've been searching for a good bikini wax that doesn't cost an arm and a leg for years. I finally found Wafae Elkej at Michaelyndon. She does an amazing job! I have extremely sensative skin and Wafae has made a huge difference in the way my skin looks and feels. I highly recommend her and am so glad I found her!

Not a snob on the staff!. For a gal who doesn't "spa" (is that a verb?) very often, I really like to do it up when I decide to treat myself. A pal of mine had already planned her Saturday at Michaelyndon and asked if I wanted to join... what the heck! So, the Friday before, I sheepishly called to see if at all possible they could get me in for a manicure, facial and massage. I expected that they would not be able to accommodate all three as I was calling in less than 24 hours prior to my requested time. Surprisingly, the receptionist was extremely diligent about checking each person's schedule - even moving some appointments - to get me in with little to no wait time in between services. When we arrived on Saturday, we were instantly greeted warmly in the foyer - despite the bustle of activity just beyond the entry walls. Having never been to Michaelyndon, I made the grave assumption that there would be an air of snobbery among staff members and patrons alike. After all, it IS on Post Oak Boulevard... My manicurist was friendly, professional and detailed. My masseusse was attentive to exactly what I had requested and my facialist made an otherwise painful extraction process really very uneventful. As my friend was finishing up her haircut, other staff members were quick to offer me a seat, a drink or just some friendly conversation while I waited. I will most definitely return to this salon. OK>>>> I'm back six months later to say that the new location is simply BEAUTIFUL and Rico does an amazing job with my hair. Still satisfied and would recommend any time to anyone!

Wonderful Massage. I was recommended to Colleen Patterson, from a friend that goes there all the time. When I came in I was greeted from a friendly receptionist I think her name was Tosha , she brought me a glass of wine while I waited for my appointment ,they also had jewelry there which was beautiful and fun to be able to shop while I was waiting. I have a Massage therapist that I see every 2 weeks, and thought she was great.....until I came here....WOW, the best massage I have ever had, I felt very comfortable and relaxed through my whole appointment. I still feel great and it has been a week since I have been there. I will surely be going to Colleen for my massages now. When I called to make my second appointment, Jeremy at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Great salon, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff.

Best customer service in town!. I found Michaelyndon's when I searched where to buy Kerastase products. When I entered the salon, I was greeted by the front desk and they were very friendly despite the situation that was going on. A customer was upset about something, I was very impressed on how the front desk reacted and resolved the matter. I did not have to wait long to be assisted they were very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I actually ended up purchasing some new products, that I had not heard of yet. The owner Michael was there and was very friendly and personable. I was really impressed with their customer service, and I will be a customer for life!

Andrew Levine is a must!!. I received a highlight and haircut from Andrew and I really was pleased with the outcome. My hair has never looked better and I would definitely recommend Andrew as someone to see. I also enjoyed the little snack bar and drinks.. always a nice bonus!!

Best Manicure!!!!. I loved the upbeat salon atmosphere, but I LOVED the small, relaxing, & quaint spa mani & pedi area upstairs away from everyone. MAI gave me one of the best manicures ever. My french manicure polished lasted & stayed on forever.

Need beauty mgmt? Hire Carlos Franco. Carlos Franco has a creative, edgy philosophy on beauty. As a lawyer, I need to look conservative, but I want to keep my sporty, carefree personality. From make-up to color and highlights to an easy to maintain longer cut, I had loved all his ideas for two years now. Recently got the eyelash extensions - love them! Go get treated with Carlos Franco, facials with Bo, and the best massages with Colleen.

Michaelyndon's is the place to go!. I am new to the area and was looking for a new hairdresser, when I called to make an appointment the front desk staff was very friendly and very helpfull. I had a great time when I was there, my stylist Samuel was fantastic and he gave me just the haircut I was looking for. Beautiful salon and everyone there was so nice!
