Best Hair Stylist, Ever!. I absolutely love, love, love my hair stylist. You know who you are. I believe I've been annoying him since 2001 or 2002 maybe. I refuse to mention his name. Clue: R.H.

I would NEVER trust anyone else with my hair. It's so long people often ask me if I have extensions. No, not that long to where it's hanging behind my butt...just long.

I love the front desk crew. They're so welcoming. My usual shampoo/deep conditioning lady is the sweetest!

I've enjoyed many additional service, as well. Manicures, pedicures, massages, etc.

I must say, however, these icky reviews are going to happen. Keep your heads up Bella Rinova!

PS - I've been to The Woodlands location a few times. I feel more comfortable in Uptown.

Run Away - Worst Salon Ever. I strongly suggest people run the other way. This salon ruined my hair by putting bleach over bleach and over processing me (breaking everywhere and very damaged). I have a feeling cost cutters knows more about hair than this salon. Equally disappointing was how shockingly rude the owner was when I approached her about it and she barely gave me my money back (she wouldn't return any calls, never apologized, insinuated it was my fault and it took several emails before I was issued a credit). In the meantime, I have been interviewing other salons and trying to let my hair grow out with several deep conditionings (very costly) and other salons have said that they have seen people with horror stories from Bella Rinova as well. I have been advised that it will take months to restore my hair. What started as a simple request to the stylist to blend the colors better and put them closer together so I don't look as though i have roots (very understandable request as I am told by these other top name salons), ended with tons of breakage and damage (even 5 months later). I had to write this review to spare others the trauma.

Great Lash Extensions. I have gone to several places to get my lash extensions over the years and was referred to Joanne at Bella Rinova, and what can I say, WOW.. I have never had such wonderful lashes applied. I get so many compliments. I love my lash extensions by Joanne, the best by far..

best hair cut&color in the city. I recevied the best cut&color ever at uptown park. They rock and seem to care to. The front desk seem to really know how to handle the volume of people they do. They were very attentive to the needs of my problematic hair. I would and have recomended to all my freinds. JUSTIN ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst hair salon ever!. This was one of my worst experiences ever.

Rude or shall I say not interested front desk, didn't even look at me when I was talking to them.

Had my hair washed, plus my shoulders, was absolutelly soaked wen she finished with me.

$100 dollar haircut, walked out looking exactly the same, if not worse.

Don't go there.......

Great Finish to a classic bob. I have been following Estaban for several years. I was delighted to hear he was at Bella Rinova, Market Street, The Woodlands. One of the best advertisements for a stylist's precision and expertise is a good haircut that is consistent. Very often, I am stopped by strangers and asked, "Who cuts your hair, or Where do you get that great hair cut"? The best was last sunday. I was checking out of a Dallas hotel in the Market Place area early morning. As I was leaving, Tina Turner's band members and dancers arrived and began checking in. One of the members stopped me and asked me the same question. Great haircut, great job. Candice

Great Salon!!!!. I have been going to Bella Rinova for two years now, and I would like to make a comment on a previous review! First off, you get what you pay for, and I have gone to several other salons in The Woodlands and payed under a 100.00 for highlights and was NEVER satisfied like I am with my stylist Jessica's work. She is fabulous. She does not overbook, it is called being busy- she is in high demand. She not only does color and cutting, but Great Length extensions.... I tried them out last year because I wanted more fullness and I absolutely loved them!!! I love that she has them in her own hair as well, it shows she believes in what she does... I do know that sometimes you have to remove them and start all over, and that is the only reason I have ever heard her say that she has taken her extensions out! Jessica is so bubbly, very precise and is wonderful at what she does!! She has really transformed my hair and I would recommend her to anyone!!! From the moment I walk-in, to the moment I leave, I have a wonderful experience at Bella Rinova! (The Woodlands)- SO THANK YOU JESSICA!!!

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. OK! Well I had been going to Bella Renova for about 2 years and was using Jessica a hairstylist for the Woodlands Market Street location. She was good at first but began to over charge and not highlights the full head. I went once and had a partial highlight and when I went to check out was told it would be 160.00 which was what I was charged for a full highlight. I asked the front desk why I was being charged this and she replied "Jessica makes her own prices" WOW! I should have left then but did not. I continued to have her do my hair until she neglected to check on me and I over processed and my hair in the front broke off! I was devastated. She tends to over book and I guess just forgot about me. I have since moved on to another hair dresser and when she looked at the back of my hair she said my roots were about 3 inches grown out. WAHTHAD I BEEN PAYING FOR!!!! I would recommend trying Brian of London hair salon over Bella Renova. They are precise and do not over book. I know Jessica also does extensions and I would stay away from those. She had them in her hair then took the out...what does that tell you about the product...

LASH-TASTIC!!. I recently went to The Bella Rinova in The Woodlands, to get fake lashes (the temporary ones) put on with the make up artist Brittany, when I saw her lashes that is what I wanted so she introduced me to Russell (who does lash extentions) and he gave me a consultaion and the next week I came in and had my lash extentions put on and I LOVE THEM!!! All of my friends are asking where I got them and who did them!!! I have never been happier!! He was so awesome and so fun to have as the one giving me my service!! They have gained a long time client!

BEST SPA & SALON EVER!!!. I went to Bella Rinova in the Market Street on a whim and now I go to Bella Rinova quite a lot now, in fact I feel like I live there. The staff is very attentive, in fact they all know me by name. The front desk (Brenda, Julia and James) are amazing, they are so friendly! In fact one of the front desk members just got in an accident and almost every client that passes thru is asking if he is ok and if they can make a donation to help him out, so that there says they are great for clients to want to help! Also the make up artist Brittany is fabulous! Go there as soon as you can for a wonderful spa and salon experience!!!
