In Short – One wouldn't normally associate a little shack under the Westpark Tollway with hordes of devoted restaurant regulars. But this is Bubba's, where the staff is friendly, the Saint Arnold ice-cold and the burgers are buffalo. The menu is mainly burgers (buffalo meat even leaner than turkey) in addition to chili and a must-try jalapeno potato salad. There are a handful of tables in the patriotically decorated restaurant, but opt to sit on a picnic table out front.

Their buffalo burgers are amazing! And the potato salad is great as well. It looks like a hole in the wall place but it adds to the whole experience of the place.

Sunday Brunch Disappointment

My husband & I have been to Bubba's so many times & really like the buffalo burgers & cold beer. We are always hearing about their brunch & decided to try it this past Sunday (8/16/09). We got there at 11:30AM, no other customers were there. The guy behind the counter was rude to us when we asked about breakfast & the champaign. He said breakfast ends at 12:00 noon. My husband looked at his watch & said, "Wells it's a quarter til, so do we get breakfast or not?" The cooks response back was, "If I haven't started the burgers."
We got our breakfast and my breakfast taco with buffalo sausage was excellant but we didn't really enjoy our visit to Bubba's because we felt unwanted. We felt the cook was mad at us & we needed to hurry up & eat & get the hell out of there.
My husband, who is always wanting to stop by Bubba's, says he doesn't care if he ever sets foot inside the joint again.
I'm sure we'll be back because we enjoy the buffalo burgers but not any time soon!

- Cons: they need to fix the place up a bit
