Good food, rude over the phone though.... I've only had a few things off the menu, but what i've had was very good! the fajitas are awesome. the chicken caesar salad wrap is good too. The beer battered fries are to die for. even the lo-cal rice+veggie plate is good. The reason i give it 4 and not 5 stars is because i always order for delivery, and the people on the phone are RUDE! they are either very "short" with you or they sound completely bored and uninterested. Tommy, do yourself a favor and hire some people with better customer service over the telephone. Other then that, no complaints :) oh and when you place an order for delivery they deliver very quickly, which is always a plus!

GREAT ALL AROUND. The food is great. Owner and staff are very freindly. Best place to eat uptown, no question. Try regular burger with bacon, and beer battered fries. WOW!!! food is made fresh and still brought out quick. everything ive tried on the menu is great. They even have a coffee and smoothie bar!

Good Food. The ribeye steak sandwich is awsome. Couple it with some fried mushrooms and its even better. The Service is great and the owner seems to know everybody by name, he is a really nice guy. They also have a huge coffee and juice bar. Its a really cool place.

favorite in uptown. Tommy's still remains the best hamburger in the Houston area. Unfortunate Technip USA moved it's offices way out I10 and we don't get to enjoy a hot loaded Tommy's hamburger any more. Little tip, ask for extra crispy fries they are worth the wait. I also miss the Wednesday spaghetti lunch, great homemade spaghetti sauce (They should bottle that stuff)

Great for Breakfast!. I happened to stop at Tommy's for the first time this Saturday after running. Although hardly any customers were there, it was a cute place with great ambiance. I ordered two breakfasts to go and brought them home. The "Breakfast a la Croissant" I had was excellent, and my boyfriend really liked the omelet. All told, I paid less than $10 for two breakfasts and drinks.

I will eat here again and plan to bring my running group this week.

Exactly what business school did you att. After ordering lunch, it arrived an hour and 15 minutes later. No explanation, no apology , no offer to take it back and replace it...After we looked at our cold, uneatable food, I called the manager but was told he was too busy to talk to me about it; he would call back. I drove over and asked for the money back. Still no apology --just grudgingly handed the amount back-not including the tip. I promptly drove thru McDonalds. I got a phone call 3 hours later AT MY BUSINESS OFFICE (!) from the owner, claiming his driver offered to take the food back and replace it (a lie). He actually told me to discard their menu. He would not take any orders from us anymore!! Is this a customer friendly place? I have never had this type of managerial customer service anywhere. Don't worry---we will never order again.
