Excellent Agent. Helpful, Professional, Fast.
I found Ken de Silva, after searching for New York Life agents in the Houston area on google. I read good reviews about him and gave his office a call. I lost my job, and it was important we obtain life insurance coverage as soon as possible. His secretary did her best to fit us in the next day, but it ended up taking two days. It was well worth the wait, Ken walked us through the different life insurance products - term, whole life, and universal life. He conducted a financial needs assesment of our situation, and even wrote a cover letting to the New York Life underwriting department to help get us a better risk rating (which ended up saving us some big $$$).
Call Ken's office, and you wont go wrong, especially with a New York Life Insurance product.
