A department store with variety and affordable prices..

They call this customer service????. If you can find a salesperson, you can wait for what seems forever before they decide they might try to find the shoe you selected in the stock room. And don't even think about asking them to check to see if another store has the shoe in your size -- you'd think you were asking the salesperson to donate a kidney!
