Horrible customer service with a crappy smell. Purchased a pair of shorts that went on sale 3 days later for half the price, following their lame rule of bringing the merchandise in with the tag attached, the insecure, fragrance spraying high school student was unable to refund the difference. With receipt and item with tag, in hand, I decided I wanted a refund and was denied that as well. The insecure, snooty store manager said it was up to her to decide weather a customer gets a refund or not. As with most Abercrombie & Fitch and franchise stores, this one tops the list as the worst. Operated by a bunch of inexperienced kids, this particular store manager refused to give me her name as well as the associate spraying a gallon of stinky fragrance. They told me they wouldn't give me their names for security purposes and insisted it was store policy. Oh, are you an under cover FBI agent posing as an Abercrombie manager who can?t even make up a faux name? (Don woy...Secre Asian man will fin ou whu yu ar).

I have found one associate in the Houston area that works for A&F who sympathizes with me and honored the price difference refund. If I had a bigger wife I would never buy her clothes here. Unfortunately 4?11?/90 lbs. limits me to but a few stores and again, unfortunately there are two others owned by the same company and have the same crappy policies.

If you work in retail and you're reading this, just give a name if you really think you're doing the right thing because by me calling the Galleria store from another A&F phone, I now have their first and last names when all I really wanted was a first name so I could identify who was crapping on me. The phone call to corporate went about the same as being in the store but without the scent.
