Tony is the main reason that I will continue to use this location since he makes sure the customer is treated fairly and with respect. He always has an upbeat attitude and knows his products and services. Also the work performed makes me feel good about my experience.

Amazing service from Chris and the team. I will continue to bring my shoes here for any repairs, they always do a great job and very quickly. They are honest about what repairs actually need to be done, I wouldn't bring my shoes to anyone else.

Great Service! Chris was very helpful. Told me how to clean a few of my shoes on my own and save money. Completely cleaned up one shoe while I waited. Looked good as new. Very honest and friendly staff.

I used this location for the first time in July 2012 after the sole on one of a high end designer leather wedge shoe lost a battle to the Houston flood water. The team immediately replaced the sole. I was so impressed, I returned the next day with a few more pair of shoes to restore and repair. The work was outstanding, and the high quality, problem solving and patient customer service was a welcomed change.
