I am going to be as straight forward as can be, Rhodes Auto Sales is the only dealership to get my brother, my uncle, a friend of mine, and me approved and driving a car. Of course everyone thinks salesman are going push them to buy that day but what do you expect when its their job and their way of making a living. The salesmen I worked with along with everyone I recommend was friendly & informative and he made me realize its his job to help me. He was honest and i believed everything he said because it was all proven to me. I'm very satisfied and think people should buy their next car at Rhodes Auto Sales. They made my buying experience very enjoyable and i have not one single bad thing to say about them.

Excellent Team Work!. As always the service was excellent. Oscar worked so hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Crystal was on hand to make sure we were well taken care of then Joe came to congratulate us! Awesome team work and let us not forget Mr. Rhodes himself!

Buyer Beware. This place is terrible. It is very easy to get a car there but that's about it. I took my car home and a week later took it to get washed. Paint fell off in huge chunks. We had to take in in for repair 2 weeks after taking it home and they had it forever before we got it back. We went to put new headlights in and found the bevel was completely broken. We paid on time for over 2 years and when we lost our job asked for a payment extension and they refused. They are rude, nasty, and condecending. You have to buy big name insurance only and you HAVE to have a $250 deductable. We gave them all of insurance info but they would call every six months harrassing you if you still have insurance even after the agent faxed info over 3 times. They will threaten to shut off your car if you do not do what they want. It's not worth it. I can't wait to pay off this loan to get them out of our lives!
