Credit Card Fraud?. I would often use one of my credit cards to order pizza from Villa Roma, other than that I used that credit very sparingly, knowing exactly where it had been used. Somehow my credit card number was stolen, and was being used to charge things overseas in Italy.

Even though I have cancelled my accounts, very small but frequent transactions are still being charged to the card! These are all "pre-approved" transactions, so there is little the credit card company can do to stop these charges.

I have my suspicions that Villa Roma is the place my credit card number was stolen, although I cannot be certain.

I want to see if there were any other people in the Houston area that this has been happening to, and if they too had been to the same Villa Roma pizza?

Hot, fast, delicious, pizza at a great price. Wow Villa Roma pizza is a one of kind place. In today's world we are surrounded with franchises and chains. This place has got it right. Hot pizza with fresh ingredients at a fantastic price. They have a terrific varaity of pizzas to choose from as well as other items such as pasta dishes, sandwiches, hot wings and desserts. Delivery times are very reasonable and the staff are good friendly folks. If you live in the medical center area and you are looking for a hot fresh delicious pizza, I would recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Best Pizza in Houston, TX!. No contest....Villa Roma has the BEST pizza in Houston......my husband, family, friends, coworkers, and church members all agree! I've been ordering their pizzas since 1986 and have not stopped. There's something about their sauce that sets Villa Roma apart from the other pizzas. The taste is absolutely delicious. Their crust is so tasty you will eat every morsel....no need for dipping sauce. I lived near Villa Roma for many years and could take advantage of their delivery service. Still today, the drivers are always courteous and polite. The same drivers have been delivering pizzas for Villa Roma for many years now. Their service is consistent just like the taste of their pizzas. Even though I've moved from the area, when my husband and I want pizza we will make the drive to Villa Roma. It's that good! The company I am employed by orders Villa Roma pizzas for their meetings, seminars and employee lunches. By the way, Villa Roma have a wonderful lunch special (small pizza with a salad).....try it, you will like it!

Villa Roma reminds me of a good friend: committed, consistent and courteous!

Best Pizza Near Med Center - PRICE too. I was surprised to read the negative review below, my husband and I have ordered from Villa Roma, probably over 50 times and have yet to have a bad experience. They have GREAT deals and coupons available - for instance 5.99 for a large one-topping pizza every Monday and Tuesday - and the pizza is always really cheesy, I think they just use lots of Mozzerella, etc. They have been great on delivery (given we live nearby so perhaps they are more familiar with our complex) and when we pickup the owner and often cashiers are incredibly friendly. Our favorite is their Greek Pizza, and then their sandwiches are really reasonably, large, and the meatball is delicious. Unless some of the chains are running specials their prices can't beat Villa Roma thats probably why it has survived for so long. They even have a dine-in section, but unfortunately don't sell beer! I would definitely at least give it a chance b/c we love it!!!!

Bad service, lies and so-so food. Called and ordered their pizza & wing special. Received call from driver saying he was out front of my complex and could not get in. So I had to walk out to him and pick up my pizza, wings, and soda. He never tried to ring on the call box or anything. Guess he was scared he might have to walk some steps. The soda he gave me was the wrong kind and one I cannot stand to drink. He said they ran out of what I wanted so he just grabbed one. I asked him why he did not call and ask what I would like. He just shrugged. I get back to my place and call to complain about the service. The man on the end Hector apologizes and says to call back and he will replace the entire order. So today I call back get put on the phone with a guy named David who gives me the run around and asks a million questions then tells me he knows nothing about it and that I would have to wait till Hector comes in at 6:30, over 3hrs away, so I wait I call back and I am told that Hector won't be in till 8pm! So now I am ticked and the guy on the phone who states he was the owner tells me that they do not replace orders and that Hector was wrong for telling me this. Says he will cut the bill in 1/2. I tell him "No" that was not was I was told. So we go back and forth about his employees promises when he says he will send the Pizza for free. I was done with this place before I just wanted the refunded stuff that was promised to me. At this point I do not even want that. So the service here is terrible. The wings are weak, small and with little flavor. The pizza is so-so. I guess they stay in business due to the large amount of apartments surrounding them. I for one will never order from them again and will let everyone else in my complex know about the bad service and low quality as well.
