Wow!!! Fabulous Customer Service. I used Car Butler to replace my windshield and give my car a thorough cleaning. But, oops, I forgot to leave them my keys. They had one of their drivers come out to my house and pickup and extra set from my wife. All at no charge! They said, "It's our responsibility to get the keys from you, it's not your fault."

No return visit. My experience was not quality service based on honesty.

I purchased a mini-detail and hand-wax for $45. What I believe I received was a trip through an automatic car wash including wax (noted by the residue on my windshield), and a partial vacuum.

When the vehicle was supposedly ready for pick-up, a black scuff mark on the exterior (discussed when I dropped off the car) still showed. In my experience that would have easily been removed with a cleaner wax.

It was not until the next day that I was able to see the condition of my car in daylight. The exterior was not very clean. Seats and floors were still dirty (a pecan and tiny rocks on the floor; other particles on the seats). Windows were still dirty. The rear view mirror and side mirrors were not clean and the front cup holder was not wiped out. (That was done when I went back the next morning and asked if I had to pay for a full detail in order to get the cup trays wiped out.) The car did not even appear to be hand washed, much less hand waxed.

I decided to give them a chance to correct the matter. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to a manager and asked for a partial refund ($20.00 for the wax), he said he would ask the owners. No one called me back. I am returning to cleaning my own car and would not recommend Car Butler to anyone.

Extremely Accommodating... Very very professional. Working at Greenway Plaza makes it difficult to leave for most lunch time errands... elevators, escalators, security badges, parking garages - it usually takes me about ten minutes just to get to my car. That is why I (and many of my coworkers) have found it ingenious to put a car detailing business right in the very parking garage that houses our vehicles during the work day. The guys at this particular Car Butler location always greet me with a smile - even when they obviously have enough cars to handle for the day. The mini-detail is very reasonable at only $25 and they even perform other maintenance services! I was even able to get a quote on some paint work for my previous car... who knew? While we usually agree upon a completion time when I drop my car off, the Car Butler manager always extends a courtesy call to let me know when it is done. They gladly take my credit card and the receipt slip never guilts me into tipping... I will happily continue to use this service.

Great clean but bad customer service. Car Butler did a great job cleaning my car, however, I'm still waiting to have my mats replaced.

Long story short, when they took the mats out to be cleaned, they swapped them with another car. Now I have mats that are too small and have been promised on numerous occasions that they will be replaced. I've been trying to get them replace for over a month......
