Working at Greenway Plaza makes it difficult to leave for most lunch time errands... elevators, escalators, security badges, parking garages - it usually takes me about ten minutes just to get to my car. That is why I (and many of my coworkers) have found it ingenious to put a car detailing business right in the very parking garage that houses our vehicles during the work day. The guys at this particular Car Butler location always greet me with a smile - even when they obviously have enough cars to handle for the day. The mini-detail is very reasonable at only $25 and they even perform other maintenance services! I was even able to get a quote on some paint work for my previous car... who knew? While we usually agree upon a completion time when I drop my car off, the Car Butler manager always extends a courtesy call to let me know when it is done. They gladly take my credit card and the receipt slip never guilts me into tipping... I will happily continue to use this service.

Car Butler did a great job cleaning my car, however, I'm still waiting to have my mats replaced. Long story short, when they took the mats out to be cleaned, they swapped them with another car. Now I have mats that are too small and have been promised on numerous occasions that they will be replaced. I've been trying to get them replace for over a month......
