Avoid this company, especially for funeral flowers. Service was terrible, offensive, and unprofessional. If you look at other reviews for this business, you will see that this is a pattern.

I contacted this company for a special order for a funeral service. They were initially rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they mocked my service inquiries and questions about a special request to honor a loved one. I certainly did not appreciate such a lack of consideration, and one would think that any reputable company would simply say "no" instead of responding with disdain (especially since I was willing to spend a great deal of money).

Aweful Service. I used River Oaks for my wedding decor and flowers. They actually know what they are doing with respect to the flowers and design. But, the treatment I received from them left a sour taste in my mouth and was one of the most aweful memories of my wedding. In the end, it just was not worth it to be yelled at and treated rudely by a vendor whose job is to work with the last-minute stresses that weddings bring. I would never use this company again.
