Recommend. We have used them for years, wonderful service! Our dog is always excited when we get there and seems happy.

We recommend them for their boarding services.

Horrible Grooming. I have a gorgeous Irish Setter who only needed a trimming. I left instructions with the front desk: "my dog only needs a trim, no show dog look, leave him as natural as possible". Well hours later I came to pick up my dog to find out they SHAVED his gorgeous red hair on the back and his whole head, giving him a cocker spaniel look!!! He is healthy 9 Y.O. but now looks like a sick dog.

I cannot tell you how upset I am. They have no idea how to groom an Irish Setter and totally disregard my instructions. I am so mad, but there is nothing I can do but wait for his hair to grow again. I never write these kind of reviews but I felt that I needed to do something.

Friendliest Kennel. We've been bringing our retriever here for the past 10 years. Rosie and Norma are friendly, kind, loving people. We have never had the experience that was listed in the prior review. They have alway splayed with our dog, grromed her and made her very welcome.

In fact, they feed her so well, that the vet scolds me for her overeating.

NEGLECT, NEGLECT, NEGLECT. They neglected my dog so bad that he had to have eye surgery. He looked like a skeleton when we picked him up. Poor guy almost died! I raised hell with the owner and they didn't even appologize! I tried to file suit to cover the vet expenses, but it was too much of a hassle. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE! Apparently, there are MANY complaints against this kennel!!!

Great Boarding & Grooming. This is one of the few kennels I would actually recommend!

The service is great, both the Manager, "Rosie" and the Groomer "Norma", really care about the dogs, as well as their owners!

A must for anyone looking to board or groom their dogs!
