Dr. Karotkin's team is extremely professional & knowledgeable. I have a very complicated case (3rd time in braces!) & would only trust Advance Orthodontics to get the job done right. They are very thorough and are always available to answer any questions I have regarding my treatment. I truly believe they have my best intention in mind. All of their team members are highly trained and genuinely welcoming. Definitely recommend Dr. Karotkin!

I had a great experience at Advance Orthodontics from the moment I entered the door. The office is very clean and up-to-date. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Karotkin was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. My result was even better than expected. I would recommend Advance Orthodontics and Dr. Karotkin to anyone.

I've known Dr. Karotkin to be an excellent orthodontist. He is very thoughtful in his care and as well as skillful on its delivery. This is based on numerous patients we have collaborated on overall care. He also has excellent bedside manners and cares genuinely for his patients. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Karotkin left me with a lopsided smile due to a filing procedure he insisted upon after I had my braces removed. When he took out the filing instrument, I said, "No, I don't want that.", but he insisted and proceeded to file away the bottoms of my top two front "smile" teeth on the right side only for no apparent reason. I am left with a slightly lopsided smile and some lingering discomfort in the two teeth he filed. When I complained, he told me that he knew the teeth would be shorter on one side, but that he decided he wanted me to get my teeth added to with synthetic material by a dentist, and he refered me to his friend. He did not tell me this before he proceeded to remove the length of my two front right side top teeth. He obviously did this intentionally, knowing that it would have a negative lopsided result. He also left my back teeth un-straightened (he did not place a bracket on the back teeth) and left me with a bigger overbite than I had before the braces. He failed to file down the one tooth that actually needed filing down, which is the bottom front tooth that had been pushed back before and was therefore not as worn as the others and sticks up higher than all the rest. I actually hit my top front tooth on that taller bottom tooth now when I say "s" and "sh" sounds. Dr. Karotkin left that bottom tooth which needed filing alone and filed away two front top teeth (one one side) that did not need to be filed. I cannot imagine why he chose to do this. I feel angry and cry almost daily. I would not recommend going to Dr. Karotkin.

Dr. Karotkin and his team are very friendly, hard working, and helpful. I felt very "at home" in there office, every appointment I would be greeted by the entire staff and asked how I was doing. I was in clear brackets for 16 months, Dr. Karotkin and his staff knew I was wanting to get this process moving along and accommodated a fast turn time with appointments as well as adjustments to get the job done correctly and efficiently. I am more then satisfied with my results and will recommend Advanced Orthodontics in the future!

i started ortho treatment at the age of 37 with Dr. Karotkin, and i was very selective with choosing an Orthodontist. I met many doctors before i came to Dr.Karotkin office, and upon the initial meeting i was very impressed. They have a fantastic staff of experienced, warm people. You find out everything you need to know on your initial visit. All x rays, exams, are done in house and Dr. Karotkin spent almost an hour with me on the initial meet. You can get a good sense that he is dedicated to his profession, and it his goal to perfect your teeth. He took measurements of profile, face, pictures after pictures, and discussed possible treatment plans. I have some crowding and was concerned of the appearance during the treatment. He understood completely and we discussed in depth all the options we could take. i went with a combined clear bracket and invisalign approach. Happy with the decision and glad i met the guy. if your considering ortho treatment, i would encourage you to set an appointment with their office, and discuss your goals before you jump in. thank you!. The staff and Dr. Karotkin make you feel like you are the only patient in the office. They are knowledgeable, friendly and make the experience as enjoyable as possible. I have worked for a dentist now for 7 years, so I know top notch when I see it. Thanks for the great treatment!

Best Orthodontics Office!!!!. Both my girls visit Advance Orthodontics and feel very comfortable with everyone in office. We love the personal touch.
