want to get your car broken into while working out with the least friendly staff intown this is the place

The staff, including mangers, at this place DO NOT care about you for 1 second after you sign the contract. For that matter no one at this company does. I have been working out here for at least 7 years and a car is broken into in this parking lot every week... probably two to three a week and the company will do nothing about security because they don't want to be responsible for their customer. Do not join!!!... i am looking for other options myself.

- Cons: get place for bad service and a place to get robbed

Great Gym to feel comfortable

I love this gym because it does have a wide range of equipment and the clientel is down to earth. The facility is also always clean. The staff is mediocre at best. This gym closes way to early on the weekends. Also, there is not usually a timely response if equipment is broken. They put tread climbers in and all 4 of them broke, they took them out for about 8 months. They are back but 2 of them are broken again. Also, the main group exercise room was shut down for over a month because the A/C wasn't working in the room. That should have been repairable within a week.
- Pros: Good Clientel, Clean, Good variety of Equipment
- Cons: Bad Hours, Mediocre Staff

Absolutely NOT "the best of"

If this is the "best of" I'd hate to see the worst. After signing up with this location we found: 1) Not open 24-hours as their name implies and 2) within 2 weeks "open" hours were reduced further. Pool gets closed for a week when it's cleaned. I've never heard of taking a week to clean a pool? Forget about evening workouts Friday - Sunday. Hours are for the steam room and sauna were also cut back even on the days they are open 24-hours. Staff has never been very helpful after they sell you a membership. I watch those who are supposed to be "personal trainers" and they couldn't look less interested in their clients (members). They've changed the morning classes offered to times that only the non-working person can attend. No early morning classes before 9:00a.m. Oh yes, they are forever running out of towels!
