Theif. My daughter was married on July 1, 2007. We have NEVER received our video.

Mr. Turner did show up at the wedding. After several months, and MANY phone calls, we received our unedited raw footage.

We have NOT received the final, edited product that we paid for. After several years, we took him to court and won a settlement, but have not seen a dime of it.

I wish we had read reviews before hiring him. We hired him after watching him work an event for a friend. Sadly, they also have not received their product, not even raw footage.

Phone calls and emails go unanswered.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company!!!!!

This man steals your money and does not deliver the product that you pay for. And the contract is useless! You can, as we did, take him to court and win a settlement, but you will never see your money.

Over two years - still no video. I got married in 2009, have celebrated two anniversaries, and had a baby. What I haven't done is received the video from my wedding. I wish I read all the horrible reviews I've come across or seen all the complaints never responded to on the BBB before hiring this Dave Turner as our videographer. It is true, he takes your money, shows up to the wedding, and then never delivers the video. I'm not sure why he even wastes his time and shows up to the wedding. Forget trying to call the number on the website. I think it's his cell phone and he doesn't answer or return your calls.

It makes me really sad that Dave Turner not only stole our money, but he also robbed us of the opportunity to share the memories with our children or to go back and reminisce on such a cherished day.

The Perfect Way to NEVER Remember Your Special Day. The goal of hiring a videographer is to find that company that will capture all the important ceremonial segments of the wedding in addition to those special little moments that make it a truly unqiue day of your life. This way you will have a video record of the day and of course something to look back upon fondly.

However, you can't look back upon it fondly if you NEVER get a copy of the footage.

This company WILL take your money and show up on the day of your wedding, which I guess is half the battle, BUT they WILL NOT provide you the slightest bit of customer service, or the final video/footage, post-wedding.

It has been two years now and I still have not received the video from our wedding, despite numerous phone calls and emails ... which by the way go COMPLETELY IGNORED. Granted now my emails and calls are more irate, justifibly, but the initial 4-5 months worth were very sincere, grateful, and happy.

Those went unanswered or returned as well.

This company must be avoided at all costs. I would gladly go back and pay double what I paid them to anyone else if it meant I got my video back before my kids were in college.

I have since done a search some websites and found that there were at least 7 other people that have filed complaints regarding delivery issues. I wish I had done this search pre-wedding but as it stands the happiest day of my life still remains only a memory in my slowly fading mind.
