Don't waste your time.. This place is pure crap. The staff is rude, they're not very knowledgeable and not even remotely interested in helping. I simply needed a motorcycle key cut, had my own blank and everything. Guy takes my original key and goes "this is a steel key" I tried to show him that it wasn't and that you could clearly see the copper below the worn plating, but he wouldn't even look for himself, just refused to help, and gave me a worthless spiel about how he has been doing this for however many years, and that I'm an idiot, and that he doesn't want my business. Ended up going over to B & B in Katy and they had me in and out in a few minutes.

Radical Locksmith. I think they did a great job on making a new key to my mazda 1996 car.They didn't even charge me as much as the other locksmith that were charging me alot just because I needed a transponder. An absolute recommendation to the public.

Fabulous Selection. I went to get some duplictates done and I was just stunned with all the different kind of safes they had. I am so enchase to purchase one . The guy was so humorous and took the time to show me all of them even though I had said that I was only there to make some keys only. That is what I call great customer service.

Reliable Houston Locksmith. I broke my key to my Dodge Ram on the drivers door. I had no spare so I had no choice but to call a locksmit. Houston Lock & Key were very quick to get there and to do thier work.

Much safer and can get some sleep.. My mom lost all her keys at the gym and Houston lock and key came to the rescue. First the car keys had to be made and changed and because the keys probably stolen and not lost this locksmith in houston changed the locks on our house as well and he only charged one service call for two places. Now all of us feel much safer and can get some sleep.

Honest. I had my safe brought in and volt in the other day. I noticed that my floor had got scratched up some how i guess when they pulled it in. So right away the worker called his boss and the man was so generous and he sent out some workers to fix what ever the damage was and he even gave a discount on the safe.

Excellent Job. I just love the the work they did for my apartment complexes installing the touch key pad. I have not had any problems with it . They charged us a very low for the whole ordeal.

Good Workmanship!!. I have a business in Katy , TX and I needed a commercial locksmith. Houston Lock & Key provides these services. They were highly recommended by a very good neighbor. This Houston Locksmith has a really good team working. They both got to work quickly and finished changing all the locks to high security locks in no time!!

Locksmith Go Beyond!. It was 3 o'clock in the morning and I was just coming out from work. My co-workers and I decided to go get a bite at the Pie House. Well I don't remember in sams h I left my keys and I had no choice to call a locksmith. I called this Houston Lock and Key locksmith and they were out there in no time. Got my car opened, charged me a decent fair and I was on my way home. Thanks!

Save $ Safes on Sale!. I never thought about a safe for my new house and i wondered into this key and safe store to get a hard to find key made.They were in the middle of a rodeo safe sale and the prices were really irresistible to my husband. His biggest decision of the day was could he get the gun safe he had craved or a jewelry safe for my pretty things. the prices were so good he got a used gun safe and a nice little fire/jewelry safe with a digital dial for my closet. Great people and safe store found here!
