The Scene
The interior follows function rather than form as the floors are made of an unattractive resistant tile and there are few furnishings outside the treatment beds and salon stations. A length of faux ivy cleverly covers the workings of the Vichy shower, but the extra touch doesn't make up for the tacky décor.
The Services
Treatments include everything from high glass silk wraps for the hair to detoxifying herbal wraps for the body, not to mention make-up lessons and six different kinds of hydrotherapy. Botox, microdermabrasion, sclerotherapy and photo rejuvenation round out the list of medi-spa treatments; while reflexology, aromatherapy, Swedish, sports, deep tissue and shiatsu massage are all available as well. The Body Dew is one of the spa's most popular treatments. It integrates a hydrating exfoliation, leaving the skin extremely smooth, with a sunless self-tanning fluid.

. I explained the problem and she approached Gina telling her she had to stop drying the lady’s hair and do my pedicure since I made my appointment the day before she did. Finally, the owner took over drying the other customer’s hair and Gina followed me back to the pedicure area to finish my pedicure and manicure. Upon checking out, I asked if there would be any compensation for the gross neglect of customer service and the owner laughingly said “you’re already getting 25% off” because of the coupon. And then she gave me several business cards (see enclosed) to hand out to my friends. I’m not sure I’ll ever return to your spa much less refer it to others like I used to. My sister said she’ll never return…even the quality of her pedicure, she says, was not good. When spending my hard earned money expecting to get pampered. Getting left to soak for over 30 minutes is not worth the over $40 charged for a spa pedicure. I hope you treat other customers better.

I had a wonderful time at D'Elegance day spa during the Holidays, it was my first time there and the atmosphere made me feel as though I had been going for quite some time. I am looking forward to going on a regular basis. Very warm people, very clean environment I highly recommend it!
