Excellent Customer Service.
Jill was a great help with picking out my order and giving me the best idea for a bouquet to a friend who is recovering from surgery. I will call them again when I need to send more flowers! Use them and see what I am talking about.

Don't Trust this Service. Universal Florist brought me flowers. My boyfriend put that the flowers were to be delivered after 6pm. Florist had tried to deliver at 2pm, they left them with some random person in my complex. I had never met this person before. She was not even close to my apartment. When I called, they said they would deliver to my apartment office. They did not deliver "after 6". They were unwilling to deliver to my workplace, three miles away. They delivered to my apartment office, but instead of creating a fresh arrangement, they took the day old arrangement from before. I am left with not only a two day old note from my boyfriend who I miss, but a two day old arrangement to boot. Don't trust this company to put customers first. Look farther to find a florist who takes pride in the quality of their product and their service.
