Country Wedding

A live out in Waller, Tx far from Houston proper. I used Della Carts to do my wedding reception, which had a "country western" theme. The staff looked Great! Decore was mostly done by family, but there stuff fit right in. Had a cowboy boot ice scuplture done, in full color! They used my families BBQ sauce recipe,but for 250, and they got it right!

I am using them for weekly smaller sales meetings at my office next month, much better than standard order in food, but at a fair price.

From My Boss...

My boss recently wanted to do a customer appreciation event at 4 different locations. WE called around, mostly to restaurants that do catering thinking the better deal was there...wrong! Della Carts got me all set up without a bunch of hidden charges. They were upfront, and worked on saving me $$$, which in turn made me look good with "you know who"! With budget cuts going on everywhere, it's good to know that when those few dollars need to be spent, these guys are the ticket!

• Cons: Weekday events are booked easy. Weekends, call ahead of time.

Hot Dog Carts...PLUS!

This group did a friends church dinner for 300, but I used them for a social event in my neighborhood. They came with old fashioned New York City Style Hot Dog Carts, Popcorn Machines, even Fresh Roasted Shelled Peanuts. On time and looked great! Loads of kuddos from the association!

• Pros: Real Authentic Theme Event!
• Cons: Cotton Candy is a bit messy!

Fantastic Formal Service

My Company used Della Carts for our Annual Christmas Party, this was the first time we contracted them. The plated meal was delicious, as were the very original desserts! We had a full bar service, and the complete staff from party manager to servers were very proffesional. The best surprise, very reasonable pricing in a city of over priced events! They have a catering menu, but we ended up using ALL OFF MENU ITEMS...great ideas from Frank Della Sala, owner.
