Just one word to discribe this company - HORRIBLE!!

My advice - USE SOMEONE ELSE... ANYONE ELSE!!! Here's why...

>Manicured Landscapes does not do most of the services they promise in their weekly service agreement. They say they'll trim you hedges and trees and keep flowerbeds and walkways weedfree , but they don't (Even after complaints to management).

>They do mow your grass. However, beware if it rains because they don't reschedule your service for when the conditions are better, they just mow your grass when the ground is too wet and leave trenches in your yard, as well as leave the grass clippings everywhere. I wish I could show you the pictures I have of what they've done (and not done) to my yard. It looks 20X worse now than it did before I hired them.

>To top everything off... BEWARE - Sometimes they don't send a monthly invoice, but then they charge you late fees the next month for not paying the previous month.

• Pros: None - It will cost you more time and money to get your yard back in shape after they've messed it up.
• Cons: My notes say it all. You just don't get what you're paying for

Maybe the worst service intown

They failed to perform 80+% of the services that they were contacted to do on a weekly basis. Many calls to management didn't help. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

• Cons: bad service, lack of responsibilit, lousy quality
