They didn't honor our reservation!

We made reservations for a Casino trip 4 days in advance. Upon arriving 12 minutes before the bus was scheduled to leave, we were informed that they didn't think we were coming and gave away our seats. We were so excited about our trip, but had to go back home after driving 25 miles in the rain to catch the bus. We won't use them ever again. No apologies or explanations were given as to why they felt we weren't coming. The girl in the booth said the manager was not there, but later when we finally reached him over the phone, he said he saw us leaving.
