terrible sevice. My husband ordere flowers through FTD. Bluebonnet sent flowers in a vase 1/4 the sizeof the vase shown on the FTD website. I called the store to explain the situation. The person who answered bluntly said "what do you want me to do?" . I said , I needed to speak with the owner. The owner was the RUDDEST person. She said she had run out of vases early in the week and that she would not send anything similar since she did not have it . She then hung up the phone on me. SHE SHOULD LEARN HOW TO TREAT COSTUMERS OR SHUT DOWN HER BUSINESS!! TERIIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I will report to the BBB. The arrangement was nothing like that shown on FTD.
Worst Florist Ever.
My husband wanted to get me some flowers for Valentine's Day and have them delivered to my office. He went through FTD and FTD used this florist to put my arrangment together and make the delivery. When the flowers never showed up I didn't really think anything of it since I know how busy florists can get especially on Valentine's Day. I just figured that they would probably show up after I left work. When I returned the next day they still weren't there.
I called FTD around 1pm to see where the arrangement was. FTD called the florist and then told me that the arrangement had been made and was ready to deliver on Valentine's Day but for some reason it didn't make it out to the truck. She assured me that it would be rushed right over to me and I would receive them within the hour. I never got them. So I called FTD back to find out where they were and they contacted the florist again but was not able to get a straight answer.
Right afterI left work they showed up. The man delivering the flowers gave my coworker a lot of attitude and then told her that I said I'd be here until 4:30. That's a lie. I have class in the evenings and I'm never at work that late. Half the flowers were crushed! It looked like it was just rolling around in the back of someone's van for the past two days. And to top it off, it is not what my husband ordered at all. They didn't even include a vase like they promised...it was a stinkin mason jar. I wish they would have included the lid...
My husband just wanted to do something nice and thoughtful for Valentine's Day and it turned into an entire ordeal. We are proceeding to dispute this charge with our credit card company. There is no way we're paying for this!
