BEWARE. Overly priced first of all! Secondly, I had given them two pieces of jewelry to clean and in return they have switched the diamond with a lower grade diamond. Now in the process of filing to sue. Not only are they thieves they have very bad customer service skills. CONS! A lot of friends have run into similar problems with them.
