SHARK FIN SOUP

I have been going to Golden Palace for years.

A recent look at their menu revealed that they serve SHARK FIN SOUP.

I will not give this restraunt anymore of my business. Harvesting shark fins is a terribly inhumane practice in which the fins are cut off of live sharks and the wiggling body is thrown back into the ocean to die. Please youtube "shark finning" before you visit this restraunt to see if you wish to support a restraunt that contributes to the demand for shark fin meat. I would love to see this restraunt thrive, but I will not support them as long as shark fin soup is on the menu.

One of the best Dim Sum Restaurant in Houston

We love the dim sum here. The Hai Gow and Shu Mai are really good. Chicken feet is awesome and the Banh Cuon Tom are the best. Only drawback is the service.

Not honor in reciept

Bad service, add tip automatically in the receipt more than 15% about 17-18% if you don't pay attention to it. Add too much on your drink watch out....I won't come back anymore...food are average high than the others

Fantastic Food, Terrible Food

Best dim sum in town, but the service can make it one of the worst restaurants in houston. Management really needs to make a change in the way they pay their people bc it shows ias they candidly and obnoxiously ask for tips while not giving the proper service.

• Pros: Delish food, fresh, good location, ample parking
• Cons: terrible service, rude host, snooty staff. only the clean-up crew is doing their job properly

The dim sum at Golden Palace is excellent! Super authentic and fresh.
