Excellent Pho (Beef Noodles. This small Vietnamese bistro serves one of the best phos in the city of Houston. The decor is simple and cozy, a trademark of a lot of small Vietnamese restaurants. Here you can order the goi cuon (shrimp/pork springs rolls) and they won't bring you something friend that resembles a Vietnamese Egg Roll. The service is quick, too. But don't expect to waited on hand and foot. Enjoy the hot pho on a cold. Prices are great, too. And they accept credit cards over $10-15. Their other "sister" restaurant is Tau Bay on 8150 SW Frwy (Hwy 59 S/Gessner) is very good as well.
