Not That Great.... I was referred to this company. At first I thought they were great because they were prompt in replying to my initial inquiry. After sending over my order, I receive no replies, confirmations, prices, or answers to any of my questions until I call them and get put on hold for 15 minutes while they search for my order. Due to certain circumstances, I needed place a second order in addition to the first, and same story. They finally fax over the proof but nobody tells me what I am supposed to do to approve it. Thus, a week later I call them and they don't know where my order is. They need to improve their ordering process and responsiveness to customers. They have been nice and apologetic when I call, but I shouldn't have to check up on you and ask you if you are doing your job. Let's hope the order is correct and on time.

User review by mviney300. I used this company a few times and found their customer service person rude and the order was not ready on time. The plaque I ordered was scratched and also had a mistake in spelling.

Post Oak Trophies and Awards. My sister-in-law passed away recently and I wanted a plaque in her honor. I wasn't quite sure of the exact details and what would be appropriate. The manager at Post Oak Trophies was extremely helpful and we were able to create a beautiful plaque bearing her picture and a poem.

Everyone loved the finished product and her husband was moved by this beautiful gift.
