Beehive Saved My Wedding!!! I placed an order with someone else and they messed everything up. It was horrible. My mom has an account with Beehive Florist and called them with the details. THANK GOD They had all the flowers I really wanted. They had 3 people stop what they were doing and were able to make a gorgeous bouquet for all my brides maids, boutonnieres for the groomsmen and My bouquet was PERFECT!!! I probably shouldn't say this on here but they didn't even charge me to fix the other shops poor craftsmanship. Thank You Beehive for saving my wedding!
WORST FLORIST IN USA.
I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them. THEY REALLY DO NOT NEED YOU - THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE.
FLOWERS ARE NOT DELIVERED AND NO ONE CALLS BACK.

Rude manager. I was in there about 2 weeks ago, there was one lady in front of me at the counter with a mexican lady in glasses helping her. There also was a lady in glasses, dark hair behind the counter with a piece of paper in her hand, the mexican lady was talking very rudly and down to the other lady behind the counter. The mexican lady was very condendesending and rude. There was NO need to talk to her in that manner especially with customers at the counter let alone in the store. I was sorely dissappointed that nothing was said about how rudly she was handling whatever situation was going on at that give moment. Not pleased, not sure I'll be going back if that is how the manager talks to other employees.
Desperate in Baytown!. Needed flowers quickly for my bosses wife and called them last minute. They completely understood and were happy to make me an amazing arrangement. Their customer service tops any other florist that I have been to! If you need gorgeous flowers in the nick of time go to Beehive Florist! (and they were the only ones that delivered same day!!)
RUINED MOTHERS DAY!. ORDER NEVER SHIPPED/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/I am not local to Baytown so I had to use the internet to find this place, I placed my order for Mother's day well in advance and received my confirmation... come Saturday before Mothers day, nothing arrives...I called the Beehive Monday Evening the phone was answer by a woman who said "I AM IN THE BACK DESIGNING FOR PROM I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS RIGHT NOW, Call back tomorrow!" (<-This was not in a nice tone)...don't have time for YOUR JOB? Maybe they just also didnt have "time" for my delivery...When I called back today and spoke to the same woman she had no record of my order in their system, BUT DID have my name and billing information on file. (Please explain how they would have that if I had never made an order)...She got flustered and put another woman on the phone who proceeded to tell me that in all their "craziness" they must have started to put in the order, then set it aside and forgot...There was no apology, no offer to make the belated delivery, only a "DONT WORRY WE DIDNT MAKE IT TO THE POINT WHERE WE CHARGED YOUR CARD..." THANKS BEEHIVE FOR RUINING MY MOTHER'S MOTHER'S DAY!!!
