Delicious old fashioned burger. The bacon cheeseburger never disappoints. Crisp veggies, abundant bacon. A must for burger lovers.

Terrible service, dirty restaurant, and marginal food.... I've been going to Annie's since I was a kid. My father took us calling it the best burger in town. My wife and I moved into the neighborhood close to Annie's a little over a year ago and we have been averaging 3-4 visits per month. Lately the service has gotten so bad that I can't overlook it anymore. I've taken several friends trying to turn them onto it, taking pride that Annie's is my greasy spoon-hole in the wall burger joint. The same girl is working the register every time I go. It's not bad enough that she hardly speaks english and always has uncovered hickeys, but she is just down right rude. They make terrific lemonade and I get it every time. My drink of choice is an Arnold Palmer (1/2 lemonade and tea). They refuse to make it. The first time I ordered it she told me she would have to charge me for tea and lemonade, making it a near $5 drink. I was w/ some friends and was pretty embarrased, so I agreed. The next few times I tried to order, the lady said she couldn't make my drink. I was always there taking friends for their 1st visit so I never made a big deal about it. I there last Saturday and sure enough the same girl was working the register. I ordered my Arnold Palmer and she said "no". I asked why not and she acted like she didn't understand english. I told her that this didn't make any sense that she wouldn't make the drink I ordered. She then said that the owner said not to make it. I asked to speak to the owner and was informed that she wasn't there. I again told her how to make it and asked one more time and she said "well sorry, I can't make it". I know I'm making all this stink over a lousy drink, but that's it would have taken to keep my business. Due to mediocre food, very dirty restaurant, and terrible customer service I now have to find a new burger joint and I reccomend other people do the same. Hello Bellaire Broiler Burger, you just got a new customer...

Great Cheap Breakfast, Good Coffee and fast. I went to Bellaire High School and grew up going to Annies. I haven't had a burger since High School so I can't comment on the burgers but I can comment on the breakfast. Their breakfast is made to order and they have pretty good pancakes and eggs. I like the salsa they use with their breakfast tacos. The one negative for me is the place itself. It's old and dark. I also think it could use a good cleaning but overall it's a good quick breakfast. They do have the biggest biscuits around. They also have available hot maple syrup for their pancakes and waffles which is a nice touch for a whole in the wall place. If your in the area and you don't mind a dive then check it out. Nothing worth making a drive for in my opinion.

This Meyerland favorite has been serving up simple burgers, shakes and big breakfasts for more than 20 years.. In Short
A Southwest Houston staple, Annie's may not focus much on decor, but their formula has made them a family favorite for decades. The simple menu features classic American fare, including breakfast with plate-sized pancakes and mammoth homemade biscuits. The house specialty is the bacon cheeseburger with just the right amount of smoky bacon and burger toppings. A side of crispy onion rings is a must.

Annie's Hamburgers, What a place!. I discovered Annie's by accident one day while filling my car up with gas.

The next morning we came for breakfast and found it to be one of the best we've ever had.

Sandra (the cashier) is always friendly and usually remembers our orders everytime we visit.

I highly recommend this place!

Worth the drive. I grew up in the neighborhood and on their burgers, and I miss them now that I live pretty far from it. But it's worth the drive! I was never let down by their quality or their service. They also have a fantastic breakfast with the biggest bicuits you've ever seen! You won't regret it.

A Neighborhood Place. You could easily miss this place if you weren't looking for it, and the loss would be yours. The burgers are done right, with no skimping on the bacon with the bacon burgers. In addition you have some great old-fashioned shakes and homemade lemonade to go with your meal. A Meyerland institution.
