my first new car. I got a nice trade-in, a good interest rate and affordable monthly payments. I hate spending money, so buying a new car wasn't high on my list of things to do, but salesman Mike Houston was fair and honest with me and knows a LOT about the cars he sells. I haven't tried their parts or service department and I may wriet another review later, but for now, I am happy in my new Kia Soul.

Shocked, But Very Happy!!. I am shocked to read the negative reviews on here. I had a very good experience with Fredy Kia of. They were professional and friendly from the moment I walked into their dealership to the moment I walked out with the keys to my brand new 2012 Kia Soul. By no means did I have an easy credit situation for them to figure out and yet they managed to work with my score and budget to get me into the car that I wanted. They exceeded my expectations because they did not treat me like crap just because I have a low credit score that I am working to rebuild. That is more than I can say about other dealerships around here that just laughed at my situation. I am very happy with my new car and my experience and would highly recommend them to my friends, family, or anybody else in the market to buy a new car. Thank you for making my dream of having a new car possible!

Satisfied with My Purchase. Bought my first car with Fredy Kia and I am satisfied with my purchase. Not only were they able to accommodate my needs and requests in a new car, they also worked hard to get me the best deal!! Good People. Great service! Easy to deal with, I didn't feel like I was stuck, I got to hold on to my car keys! I bought a used XB and I was in and out in what felt like no time! they got better financing then I could get through my own bank...just over all good people

We were treated Fantastic. My wife and I just bought a new Kia Soul and Kia Sportage from Fredy Kia. I was dreading going to a new car dealership as it had been a few years and I never liked the experience. The high pressure sales people I had dealt with in the past was still vivid in my mind. A colleague at work had referred me to this dealer because he had bought there about 6 months ago and thought it was great. Well let me tell you, my wife and I were treated fantastic, we got a great deal, with no pressure what so ever.

Felt like a friend not a random customer!. This past saturday, our sales rep stayed late last night with my husband and I and gave me so many choices,even with my credit history. Every other car dealership kept asking for either more money down or a cosigner. We left with a car and a great feeling of being well taken care. And he works with a great team!!! Yes they are highly recomended! We had a wonderful experience and car buying is not always so pleasant. Like my husband said, the best thing was that he treats you like a friend, not just a random customer. He is dedicated, straight forward, and sticks to his guns. He definitely knows what he is doing and tries to make the customer comfortable all the time.
