Rafael told us we would get more for our almost brand new Nissan. We were told we were pre approved for another car. After driving way far away they tried to set the terms. They also tried to low ball us and give us less for our car and tried to sell us the car for way more than advertised. Rafael ugnored us so that he could help other customers after he was the one who told us to come out there and said he could do better than the other dealerships when he did nothing

I want my time back

Lord, read reviews before you go places.

I had quite the ordeal in finding my new-used car. This place is way far South, like when the freeway starts having paintings of the ocean on it, and this is extremely out of my way but I was willing to drive some miles to find my perfect car. They said they had it here and I was approved for credit so my husband and I made an appointment with Ivy and drove all the way down here. Upon arrival we were greeted with the paperwork and waited...The guy comes to help us and he was very nice, but as he goes to get the key it's obvious he's taking a while. When he comes back he says "Was there something else you wanted to look at, a Charger perhaps?" Do you really think I drove all the way here without knowing exactly what I wanted? I was then informed that my car had been taken to auction hours ago. I asked then why did Ivy make an appointment with me today? "Oh she didn't know." Seriously, this is how you do business? I had to leave before my husband started stealing pens to compensate for the lost gas.

Just picked up my brand new Rogue from McDavid Nissan and I just wanted to share with everyone about my fantastic experience here at McDavid Nissan. They took the time to work with me and be patient with me and now they have a loyal customer! Give them a shot and Im sure you will leave a happy customer too!

Great Fleet Department

I sometimes get the run around at dealers who don't know all the ins and outs of helping a small business owner purchase a vehicle for their business. If you don't know what you are doing they can really stick it to you. I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent level of service I received from the Mcdavid's Fleet Department. Tons of in-stock inventory, knowledgable staff. Thanks for all your assistance
