Outstanding! We could not be more pleased with our new outdoor patio/kitchen! The same could be said for customer service - Bill and his team were extremely helpful and accomodating. We are raving fans!

Star to finish, a good company to deal with.

We want to say thank you for the wonderful deck and arbor you recently constructed at our home. The final product exceeds our highest expectations. Having a relative small house and yard, we were somewhat concerned about keeping the deck structure in good proportion to the surroundings. The Final design is expansive without overwhelming its surroundings. We and our guests have spent many pleasurable hours on the deck.

My wife and I recently had a covered patio and outdoor kitchen built by Wood Crafters and have already referred friends and neighbors who have been so complimentry. From the initial design to the finished patio, we couldn't be happier. We never imagined how much time we would be spending outdoors, but with the unique design and features Wood Crafters incorporated we now have an outdoor living room and wouldn't change a thing.

Do not be fooled by his puppy dog face and charm. After I had paid for the work, Bill would not respond to my calls and emails. I had a new deck, paving stone patio and concrete driveway put in one year ago. I chose woodcrafters/Bellaire pavers because the owner was very professional and helpful. I had to have the work done before my baby was born. Bill commited to getting it done and he delivered. The paving stone patio was/is fantastic, they did a great job. The concrete driveway had a couple of issues. Two long cracks spanning the width of the driveway appeared within 3 months. The decking looks great, but I had a few issues that one of his guys could address is a couple of hours. But he did not respond. Perhaps I scared him by sending an email with lots of pictures. Its a shame, so close to being a satisfied customer. Word of warning from my experience. If you go with Bill, you may not get the same level of customer service after you pay. Also stay on top of his guys, they're also contractors not employees so you have to keep an eye on them, check all their work.

We are very pleased with the work. It started as a replacement for a cheap porch blown away by Ike. The final product was so beautiful it inspired a sort of ""East Texas"" re-landscaping project. We also got a very energy efficient roof in the process. After finding out that the kitchen gets very HOT in the summer when one does energy efficiency improvements we also decided to build an outdoor kitchen. Not only is it good for entertaining, and not only does the food taste better, but it is also saving us about $1 every time we use it in AC costs! Great job!. Especially kudos to Brian on the final work on the room addition. An energy audit conducted soon after he finished the work revealed no problems with the add-on (there were some caught around the house)

I was very happy with the patio itself, it was the back porch that I was unhappy with. I would have preferred it to have been covered with cut bricks (thinner) rather than the full size brick. I know that this would have taken more time, but for a costly & permanent future, felt it would have been worth the time spent.
