Let's get you in and out and charge your healthcare provider!. I did not have to wait too long but it went downhill from there. The Dr. seemed inattentive and after I had exrays, I could never get a return phone call. I was told "The Doctor does not return phone calls, that is what I am here for". I am sorry but what happened to good old fashioned customer service. She does not have time to make a 5 minute phone call to discuss a patients concerns?
