BAD Service but food was good. The Jimmy Wok on West Holcombe had good food and alot of choices. HOWEVER, the man that took care of our table was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! He was in a huge hurry and got our order wrong then proceeded to ARGUE with us that it was our fault. That we told him the wrong NUMBER!! All he knew was menu NUMBER. We ordered L21 but we got L41. He could not comprehend how he could have misheard the number. He walked off just fussing and took 10 minutes to bring the correct order. Then never returned to our table. We had to get our on carry-out boxes and then our check in order to go up front and pay. We told the man behind the counter but he just smiled so he probably did not understand a word that was spoken. NEVER will the 3 of us return just due to the poor quality of service. RUSH RUSH RUSH.... Just review the menu ahead of time and VOICE your NUMBER and make the wait staff repeat it before walking off!! Jimmy Wok's is a No Go in our book!!! BAD.......

I will go back BUT know what you want before you go. They have good food BUT make sure you know what you want. Lady who took order was very short with me because I wasn't familiar with the menu and she was very hard to understand. I asked for a sample and she snapped at me. I have gone twice in one week. First time surving size was much larger than the second time we went. What on the menu is like manderine chicken or bourban chicken?? Food was good!!!!!
